Evacuation procedures and maintenance - development of emergency management systems incorporating fire and other emergency procedures including the use of exit and hazard analysis to predict available safe egress time and develop emergency management plans based on the fire engineered requirements.
Evacuation maintenance – establishing processes to maintain Critical emergency evacuation system elements and “Other” emergency evacuation system elements and procedures and demonstrate compliance with AS 3745, AS 1851, OH&S and Building Regulatory requirements.
Emergency Services Response - analysis of the response of the fire and rescue emergency services through the use of the Fire Brigade Intervention Model
Standards applications - interpretation and application of Australian and International codes and standard including NFPA applicable codes and standards.
